Return & Refund Policy

If you have an issue with your order, contact us before disputing your claim with your credit card company. If you have filed a dispute with your credit card company, we will not be able to issue you a refund as well, and we cannot make any refunds or replacements until the dispute is resolved or cancelled. If there are Order issues and after an investigation we offer you a refund, this will be provided in the form of a credit and will appear in your Customer Profile.
When Should I Expect My Item?

We'd love to say between 5-6 business days in most cases, but we have to be realistic. These days, there are shortages in everything, but if we find that your order will be delayed, we promise to reach out to you ASAP.
Are We Really From Texas?

You bet your sweet bippy we are! Born and raised in Texas. We've put at least a million miles driving throughout Texas. Fort Worth is home, but Texas is our heart! We love tacos, brisket, Dr. Pepper, Whataburger, floating the Guadalupe and seeing Willie play at Gruene Hall. We've been to the home of Bob Wills and took selfies with the Buddy Holly and the Stevie Ray Vaughan statues.
